Wizipan Garriott (Rosebud Sioux) is Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs, advising on policy. He formerly led the Rosebud Economic Development Corporation and holds degrees from Yale and Arizona.
Jeanine Abrams McLean, PhD

Dr. Jeanine Abrams McLean is the President of Fair Count and an experienced researcher who leverages data and community-driven advocacy to ensure accurate census counts, expand civic participation, and advance multi-generational justice.
Mike Chapman
Treasurer
Mike Chapman is a public affairs consultant and former Legislative Director for Senator Tim Johnson. He previously aided Rep. Jake Pickle and has volunteered with Four Directions for over ten years.
Dallin Maybee

Dallin Maybee (Seneca/Northern Arapaho) is an acclaimed artist, performer, and the current Interim Director of Development at the Native American Rights Fund (NARF). With a background in Federal Indian Law, he previously led the Southwestern Association of Indian Arts and holds prestigious awards in Native art.
Jeff Kramer
Board Member
Jeff Kramer is a public affairs consultant with policy and legislative expertise. He aligns business and underserved needs, notably leading efforts for the CVAA and the FTC Do Not Call Registry. He also served as a U.S. NGO observer at the UN.
