Issuance of Magnificent Seven or Villainous Seven Report

Working with Fair Count’s identification of the undervote in minority areas and our

Model of Voting Equity (MoVE) we are identifying rural minority precincts that do

not have equal access to the ballot in seven electoral swing states: Georgia, North

Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada.

We will contact these states and counties to try to work with them make access to

the ballot box equal. We will issue our preliminary report identifying these rural

minority precincts on August 10, 2026.

We will issue our final report on September 21, 2026, during our Election Forum

in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
